Very Disappointed In This Food And
Very disappointed in this food and better quality food out there and will go back to my old supplier who delivery the food in a freezer van and very good quality and customer service. Natural Instinct is sloppy and several packets were going off as soon as was defrosted. Did use this company several years ago and quality still the same. Only used Natural Instinct as got free 5k as part of a puppy package from the breeder. Will not be using again. Also did not like their advice regarding transportation of the food.
So far so good. My bulldog loves it, quick delivery and very well packaged in polystyrene/boxes frozen.
