Their shuttle service is frequent and there was typically one person only in the office, but it seems that in late Oct this is enough, we never waited more than 10-15min to be served.The only downside is that they politely tried to scare us with the Italian driving to get the extra insurance , and that they froze 66 as safety for the fuel . They unfroze both safety deposit and the fuel money within minutes upon returning the car.I would definitely rent from them again -at least in Bergamo-.

We had a really good service in Creta for a one week rental. The man at the counter was speaking also Italian and gave us all the information. Good customer service. We had no problems so I can’t talk of the assistance on the road, but the car was clean, almost new and correct for us.
